Using the site
Content here is for your personal, non-commercial use. You’re welcome to read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of our reviews and articles with proper attribution — but wholesale republishing of our content elsewhere isn’t permitted without our written permission.
Comments and user conduct
If you comment on a post where commenting is enabled, you agree not to:

We reserve the right to remove any comment, and to block any visitor from commenting, at our discretion — no lengthy justification required.
Our content and intellectual property
Reviews, articles, graphics, and the Games√2 name and logo are our property (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright. This doesn’t apply to third-party content we embed or link to (like YouTube videos), which remains the property of its original owner.
Reviews reflect our honest opinion
Our review verdicts reflect our genuine opinion at the time of testing. We don’t guarantee that a product will perform for you exactly as it did for us — individual results, units, and use cases vary. See our Disclosure page for how we handle products we’ve received for free or purchased ourselves, and how that never changes what we actually say about them.
AI, automated data collection, and text/data mining
We explicitly reserve all rights to our content under applicable copyright and database law, including the right to prohibit text and data mining, web scraping, and the use of our content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model. This reservation applies to the fullest extent recognized under law — including, where applicable, the machine-readable rights-reservation mechanism recognized under EU and UK copyright law (Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790), which we implement through our robots.txt file and this clause.
Automated access to this site for the purpose of AI training, dataset construction, or large language model development is not permitted without a separate written licensing agreement with us. This restriction does not apply to standard search engine indexing (which helps readers find our content) or to individual, human visitors reading the site in the ordinary course of use.
